This freestanding spacious holiday home with aprox 90 sqm. of living area and a equal roof terrace, is located in the region of La Punta in the northwest of the island. A climatically pleasant, calm and lovely region with a lot of hiking possibilities, among others the highly coveted walking tour "Ruta del Time", which starts right behind the house.

This location is also a good starting point for day-trips across the island!

The beach of Tazacorte can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
Tijarafe, the next town up north can be reached within 10 minutes.
